In-Person Training

WHAT TO EXPECT

Join a guided, classroom-style session taught by a certified Oregon Notary instructor. Students will engage in participation questions, group discussions, and real-world practice throughout the session. To receive the Certificate of Education, participants must complete the course and submit the required participation survey. Certificates include a personalized code for access to the State of Oregon Notary exam. Printed training materials are provided during class.

Online Training

Participate in a live, instructor-led session held through Zoom, Google Meet, or a similar platform. Students are required to attend the entire class with their camera on and actively engage in all participation questions. Upon completion, you’ll submit a brief participation survey to qualify for your Certificate of Education. Each certificate includes a personalized verification code that allows you to log in and complete the State of Oregon Notary exam. Course materials are provided digitally, students have the option to purchase printed materials for pickup or shipped to them.


NOTARY WORKBOOK

This companion workbook is designed to guide students through every lesson of the Oregon Notary Basics course. It reinforces key concepts with easy-to-follow explanations, examples, and practical exercises to help new notaries build confidence and compliance from day one. Inside, students will find note sections, real-world scenarios, and checklists to support learning and prepare for success as an Oregon Notary Public.

CERTIFICATE OF EDUCATION

This Certificate of Education is awarded upon successful completion of the Oregon Notary Basics course. It serves as official recognition of your training and demonstrates that you have met the education requirements to apply for or renew your Oregon Notary Public commission.

The certificate you get upon successful completion of the course, and is valid for 6-months.
