What’s next?
Your appointment booking requires approval. This is just a verification from Oregon Notary Network to ensure we have everything needed for a successful notary appointment. If we have any questions, we will follow up with an email. Once everything looks good, we will approve the appointment and see you at your requested appointment time.

Being prepared for your appointment.
1- You can fill out everything on your papers except for the signatures.
2- Make sure to have a valid form of identification
3- If your document requires witnesses, they must be impartial. This means they are not named in the document(s), will not benefit from the document, are not related to the signer.
Additional fees.
Depending on your location, the type of documents, or if the notary is bringing witnesses, your fee may change. As mention on your booking page, the fee listed is a base fee, and if additional fees will be required, the notary will reach out to you prior to your appointment.
If additional funds are due, we take the following payment methods; PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Card, Cash, Check.
